All sales are final, and due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or does not match the specifications confirmed at the time of order. Orders are processed in batches, and customers will be notified when their sticks are available for local pickup—shipping is not available. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Custom Twigs LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the manufacturer or unforeseen supply chain issues. Customers are responsible for verifying order details before submission, as modifications may not be possible after processing. Return Policy

Hockey sticks cannot be returned. Sticks that break within 30 days of delivery may be eligible for replacement. The 30-day warranty covers genuine issues, not intentional damage, and misuse of the policy will not be tolerated. To submit a valid claim, customers must email their order number along with detailed photos of the break, the entire stick, and their name for review.
